The Hotel Gran Sol is following the safety and hygiene protocols marked by the health authorities and which are necessary to offer you the maximum guarantees during your stay.
The cleaning and disinfection of the hotel has been carried out with great care and our staff is trained to attend to you with all the guarantees.
The room check-in will be at 15h (3pm) and the check-out will be at 11h. We have modified the check-in hours to be able to carry out the disinfection of the rooms with ozone.
We inform you that the use of a mask is compulsory in the common areas and, upon arrival at the hotel, you will have to clean your hands with the hydroalcoholic sanitizer gel available for guests. In addition, the reception staff will take your temperature (with your consent) and will inform you of the measures in force at that particular time regarding the use of the common areas.
