    Address:
Canet De Mar, Canet de Mar, Spain .

Ruta modernista Canet de Mar  Approximate time: 2 hours. Total distance: 500 m.  (this route includes a visit to the Museum House)

This is the only route which includes, per se, a visit to the Casa museu. The circuit starts with a walk around the Modernist historical centre of Canet de Mar and continues with a visit to the museum. Outside, a study is made of the facades of the modernist houses such as the Ateneu Canetenc, the Roura and Serra Pujadas houses, the Town Hall building, the house of Joaquim Floris, Can Puxan, Carbonell and other houses. Once at the Casa museu a guided tour is made of the 17th-century Masia Rocosa, the architect's workshop, and another guided tour is made of the Casa Domènech, which Lluís Domènech designed especially for his family with the help of his oldest child Pere Domènech i Roura and his son-in-law Francesc Guàrdia i Vial. On the first Saturday of each month, the guiding service is offered without booking in advance (although the guided tour can be done any day with groups of 20 people or more). A visit to the stained-glass window workshop is optional on this route

  • Beaches in Sant Pol de Mar

    Address:
Sant Pol De Mar, Sant Pol de Mar, Spain .

Click  here: Platges de Sant Pol de Mar

Due to its particular geography, the coast of Sant Pol consists of several beaches, most small rocky coves that make it different from other peoples of the Maresme.

The beaches of Sant Pol, bathed by the Mediterranean sea seem drawn by a thick cap clean sand. A landscape built between the cliffs and the sea as on the Costa Brava.
